Working with wide-ranging robot-related technologies

Robots are a fusion and composite of various technologies, including mechanics, electronics, and software. In the Robotics Course, we research how people and robots can work together, the design of molecular-level components for creating nano-robots, the development of rescue robots for use in disasters, and advanced image analysis technology. Our research also covers various sensors to be used in next-generation robots, micro/nano systems that support the Internet of Things and AI, and the development of advanced applications using these sensors. We are developing advanced applications using these technologies as well.

The joy of shaping the future in a fantastic environment for research and education

This course has eight professors who are world leaders in robotics, micro/nano system technology, image analysis technology, AI technology, etc., providing the most complete environment for robotics education and research in Japan.
